Carburetor Configuration

Send your carburetor or complete carb bank to Duff Moto MFG for professional cleaning, inspection, rebuilding and setup.

Our motorcycle carburetor rebuild mail-in service is built for customers who want the job done properly without relying on generic rebuild kits or guesswork. We work with Mikuni, Keihin and other carburetors used on vintage motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles and other powersports machines.

Each carburetor is fully disassembled, professionally cleaned and inspected before reassembly. We check the fuel and metering components, clean internal passages, inspect floats and fuel valves, set float height, establish baseline mixture settings, bench synchronize multi-carb banks where applicable, and leak test the finished assembly.

The initial service price is a base rebuild price only. Rebuild kits and replacement parts are additional. Once the carburetor is disassembled and inspected, any worn, damaged, missing or unsuitable components we find may require replacement at an additional cost.

Required parts are selected based on the actual condition and application of the carburetor. Whenever possible, we use quality OEM, Mikuni, Keihin, Keyster, K&L and other proven carburetor components, along with trusted gasket products from established brands such as Fel-Pro, rather than unknown generic parts.

If we find damage or additional repairs that fall outside of a normal rebuild and would significantly increase the cost, we will contact you before proceeding.

If your machine has been modified with pod filters, exhaust changes, engine work or other performance modifications, please provide as much information as possible when placing your order. Jetting changes, tuning work and abnormal repairs may require additional parts or labor.

What Is Included in the Carb Rebuild

Every carburetor that comes through our shop receives a full disassembly, professional ultrasonic or chemical cleaning, and a thorough inspection before reassembly. We set float height, establish baseline mixture settings, bench synchronize multi-carb banks where applicable, and leak test the finished assembly before shipping it back to you.
