RETURNS & REFUNDS — DUFF MOTO MFG

30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Part Fitment & Compatibility It is the customer's responsibility to verify that any part or product is compatible with their specific vehicle (year, make, model, and configuration) before purchasing. We are not responsible for parts ordered for the wrong application. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Installed or Used Parts Any part or product that has been installed, mounted, modified, or used in any way is not eligible for return or refund, regardless of the reason. This includes all safety-critical components such as brake parts, suspension hardware, gaskets, and seals. No exceptions.

Manufacturer Warranty If you believe a part has failed due to a manufacturer defect after installation, we will do our best to act as the middleman between you and the manufacturer to facilitate a warranty claim. Please contact us at info@duffmotomfg.com with your order details, photos, and a description of the issue. Warranty outcomes are determined solely by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed by Duff Moto MFG.

Electrical Components All electrical components are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of whether they have been installed or remain uninstalled. Please verify compatibility before purchasing.

Fluids & Chemicals All fluids, lubricants, chemicals, and aerosols are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@duffmotomfg.com with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Installed or used parts of any kind
  • Electrical components (installed or uninstalled)
  • Fluids, lubricants, chemicals, and aerosols
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Hazardous materials and flammable liquids
  • Sale items and gift cards

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped or confirmed defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Restocking Fee A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee will be communicated to you when your return is approved.

How to Start a Return Contact us at info@duffmotomfg.com to initiate a return. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
