Processing Times Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Items sourced through our distributors may take up to 2 weeks. Special order parts require additional processing time — we'll keep you updated along the way.
Canada We ship across Canada using a mix of carriers via ShipStation to get you the best available rate.
- Free shipping on Canadian orders over $350 CAD
- $22.00 CAD flat rate on Canadian orders under $350 CAD
- $55.00 CAD express shipping available for orders under 15 lbs
- Oversized or heavy items may be subject to additional charges
PO Boxes We can ship to PO boxes via Canada Post only. If your order cannot be shipped to a PO box through Canada Post, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
United States
- $55.00 CAD flat rate — International Standard Shipping (non-USPS)
- Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by Duff Moto MFG.

Hazardous Materials Certain products including aerosols, flammable liquids, and chemical compounds may be subject to carrier shipping restrictions. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to discuss available shipping options or alternatives.
Backordered & Out-of-Stock Items If an item in your order is out of stock or backordered after your order is placed, we will contact you directly to discuss your options — including waiting for the item, substituting an alternative, or cancelling that portion of your order for a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and tracking confirms it has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We encourage customers to file a claim directly with the carrier in the event of a lost or stolen package. Shop Services Shop service bookings do not include inbound shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping their parts or components to our facility. Return shipping back to the customer is included in the service price.
