Why Replace the Air Cut-Off Valve?

Replace it because a deteriorated or failed air cut-off valve can cause popping or backfiring on deceleration, rough or inconsistent idle, and lean running conditions at low throttle. The valve’s job is to prevent lean backfiring and popping on deceleration by momentarily cutting airflow to the pilot circuit when the throttle is closed.

Keyster has decades of experience manufacturing high-quality carburetor components for vintage Japanese motorcycles.
